Kevin Frary
Prior to founding KS FRARY & ASSOCIATES in 1995, Mr. Frary spent 15 years as Vice President and Partner with a nationally recognized executive recruiting company, and helped build that firm such that it was consistently recognized by Executive Recruiter News, the leading industry trade publication, as one of the 50 leading retained search firms in North America. Equally noteworthy, in only its 2nd full year of operation, KS FRARY & ASSOCIATES was also recognized by Executive Recruiter News as one of the best in the business. More recently, Mr. Frary was honored in John Lucht's business bestseller, Rites of Passage at $100,000+ and has been cited several times by the Boston Business Journal as one of New England's top search firms. Over the years, Mr. Frary has managed projects in all functional disciplines and in a wide range of industries, with in-depth expertise in working with owners and CEO's of small to mid size manufacturing and technology companies.

Upon graduation from college, Mr. Frary served in the U.S. Army and then spent several years in a number of progressively more responsible management roles with the Kendall division of Colgate Palmolive, with his final assignment that of managing the company's executive recruiting function. Later, he served in a senior management role with Helix Technology Corporation.
Mr. Frary graduated Magna Cum Laude from Norwich University, earned an MA degree from the University of New Hampshire, and received an MBA from Boston College. Mr. Frary has served on several corporate advisory boards and currently serves on Norwich University's Board of Fellows as Vice-Chair of the University.

Mr. Frary is a fitness enthusiast and golfer, and is involved in a number of professional activities. He and his wife Susan reside in Marblehead, Massachusetts; enjoy long weekends in their Tenants Harbor, Maine home; and are the parents of 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren.

Support Staff
In addition to the principals, KS FRARY & ASSOCIATES is supported by a part time staff. The Company is supported by a Research Consultant staff, most of whom have been associated with the Company since the 1980's. All are degreed, many at the Master's level, and all have prior business experience.

Research Consultants at KS FRARY & ASSOCIATES work closely with the principal who is managing the search. Under the direction of the principal, who provides broad research guidance, they are responsible for identifying target companies and other appropriate candidate sources, making initial phone contact with prospective candidates, screening those who are interested, and presenting qualified candidates to the principal who then further screens each candidate and schedules a personal meeting if appropriate.

Each Research Consultant has worked on a wide range of projects, by industry and function, and are well prepared to handle any type of client project. This experience, combined with periodic formal training, has created a skilled support staff that is as competent as any in our industry and has allowed KS FRARY & ASSOCIATES to respond quickly and professionally to client needs.
